Have any questions about our boat and jet ski rental service? Here are the answers to the most common questions that we get asked. This section should cover everything you need to know. If your question isn't answered here, please send us an email, and we will reply within a few hours.

  • How much does it cost to rent out the pontoon boat?
    Monday - Thursday $500/day (up to 8 hours) Friday - Sunday $700/day (up to 8 hours)
  • Can you deliver the boat to my lake house?
    Yes! If you are staying in a house on the lake. We can deliver the boat directly to your dock. We can also meet you at the nearest marina if you would like.
  • Do I have to pick up the boat?
    No! We take care of the delivery and pick-up process. The boat will already be in the water ready to go when you arrive. All you have to do is enjoy your day on the lake.
  • Do you provide life jackets?
    Yes! We have life jackets in all sizes.
  • Do you offer captain services?
    Captain services are optional. Our rates for the captain are $250/day (up to 8 hours) added onto the price of the boat.
  • Do you have any tubes?
    We have several tube that can be pulled by the pontoon boat. These tubes are 2-3 person max capacity.
  • Do I need any boating experience or a boating license?
    According to Texas law, if you were born after September 3, 1993, you will need to carry your boater education card in order to operate our boats and jet skis. We recommend all renters to have some experience, but we do not require it. We will explain how to operate the boat/jet skis.
  • What is your refund policy?
    If you must cancel your trip, we will offer you a 100% refund if you cancel with at least 5 days until your departure date. If you cancel with less than 5 days, there will be no refund available.
  • What happens if the weather is bad?
    Light rain and cloudy skies do not result in cancellation or a refund. If "weather.com" shows at least an 80% chance for thunderstorms during any period of your trip, we will offer you a full refund.
  • What safety precautions are you taking against COVID-19?
    We disinfect, clean, and wash the jet skis thoroughly after each use. We ensure that the boat/jet skis will be sanitary and clean upon your arrival.
